If you want a genuine, charming city-centre residence, you’ll fall for Magasinet. It has only 81 residences and there’s nothing else like it. In addition to the existing 81 student apartments in Magasinet, 77 new apartments are built at Spolegatan 15.
The apartments that vary in size from two to four rooms and kitchen are ready for tenants in January 2012 and adapted for a new growing target group – shared tenancy, but a good supply of nice apartments for couples is also offered. Common to all apartments on Spolegatan 15 is that one is a tenant and the others are intrinsic. Should you choose to share with anyone you will of course have to find a friend yourself. The booking is scheduled to start in November 2011. Read more.
Magasinet is right in the middle of everything. You’re only a few steps away from the city centre and communications. When you need a break from your books, you’ll find cafés, shops, and nightlife just around the corner.
