Many of the efforts being made are not directly visible to our customers. They may cover more efficient heating systems, insulation, reduced use of chemicals, etc, but you will also encounter a lot of it in your everyday life as one of our tenants.
One example is our refuse-sorting project which is gradually leading to more environmentally-aware refuse sorting on all our residential sites.
We are also actively progressing information services where customers can find things like energy-saving tips to help limit consumption. Of course, ‘environment’ also includes our immediate surroundings. So, for example, non-smoking corridors are a way in which our local environment can be significantly improved.
