To get a price list, click on Residence type Then click on SEARCH without entering anything. If you only want a corridor room, for example, specify your requirements.
Is rent payable in the summer?
For corridor rooms, June, July and August are usually rent-free; this is known as nine-month rental. Any exceptions will be given in the rental agreement. Note! If the tenancy begins during the summer months you pay rent for one of these in the first year.
For apartments, 12 months rent generally applies, but miner apartments (one room with a kitchenette) with 9 moths rent may occur.
