Housing list and rental conditions

Show/hide comments

With comments

Introduction

AF Bostäder has assembled the following comments regarding the Housing List and Rental Conditions as guidance for housing applicants and tenants. This is the first version, which will be gradually developed with help from yourself and other students. We would be most grateful to receive your viewpoints regarding the current content as well as any desired supplementary information, by sending an email to info@afb.se with "Comments" in the subject line.

How to read the comments

The basic structure of the comments follows that of the Housing List and Rental Conditions, which implies chapter divisions with an introductory heading and subheading, followed by a regulatory text and is then followed directly by a commentary section with explanatory text. These comments are in certain cases accompanied by one or more examples written in italics and an applicable resolution in the form of a footnote.
